It was great. Sandals was really nice. They were very organized and everything was pretty smooth. We enjoyed all of the activities and variety of food. Weather was great except for the last day of departure but we made all the flights. I would definitely do another Sandals trip.

Cap Cana was wonderful. It ranks highest among the resorts at which we have stayed. The people service and beach were the best. Alexander the concierge deserves special mention. He went out of his way to make our stay not only enjoyable but special. The resort didn’t have popcorn which is a staple snack item for Anita and me. Alexander obtained permission to bring popcorn into the resort and serve it along with an exclusive showing of our favorite movie. He deserves a rating of 10 plus plus plus out of 10. Recall that last year our experience with Frontier and the Punta Cana airport were less than stellar but in 2024 both airports and airlines improved significantly.
Please let us know when it is time o arrange our 2025 trip. We would like to return to Cap Cana.

Hi Tina First of all thank you so much for recommending that resort. It was exactly what we were looking for and everything went perfectly with no problems at all.
Everything was beautiful and everyone who worked at the resort were so kind and professional. The swim up room was fantastic. We spent one day just there hanging out and relaxing. The food was absolutely amazing lots of variety the sports bar was great too. The blues were playing one night and they actually put the game on for me which was fun . We really enjoyed live acoustic musicians playing at the bamboo restaurant that overlooked the lagoon. We had breakfast at the rooftop and that was a spectacular view and great food. Loved all the mini pools and finding new spots to lounge.
We had an absolutely amazing time and really appreciate eve you did for us. It was a fantastic honeymoon and we had so much fun. We look forward to reaching out to book our next trip.

Just echoing what my mom said it was a great cruise with wonderful food service and excursions. It was jam packed with great entertainment so we were never board.
It was quite crowded and hard to get into venues. For the restaurants the reservations were really confusing they didn’t have one of mine even though I had a printed confirmation and if you called they would say they were full but if you walk in there was always room. So lesson learned I probably won’t bother with reservations in the future and will just do a walk in.

Holiday cruise on NCL

We had a great time on the cruise. The ship had lots of fun games and activities. On Christmas Eve everyone sang Christmas carols in the atrium. Christmas Day was fun with lots of families running around in matching pajamas all day. Everyone was friendly and happy and there was a real sense of community. The kids saw Santa who had gifts for all the kids on the ship.
The food was great. We ate in a variety of restaurants and they were all good. The food service and cabin service were good. Crew was efficient friendly and helpful.
All in all it was a fun trip and I would recommend NCL.

Christmas Rhine river cruise 2023
We had a fantastic time. We will call you to catch up and compare but was wonderful from beginning to end. Cruise manager and ship were great. It snowed in Zurich and Lucerne while we were there and we took the gondola up the Alps. It was so beautiful and the snow made the markets and everything seem like a Christmas wonderland.

Tina: We had a wonderful cruise.
First class we thought, The room was comfortable and the deck was well used by us. All the meals were delicious and lobster offerings were frequent enough, Charlie had two lobsters one night. Pleasant evening entertainment. Wine and beer offered every lunch and dinner. Open bar each afternoon and evening. The crew was great. For our anniversary we were sent a tray with chocolate covered strawberries and a note with a bottle of champagne. Thank you. We even had a lobster fest with mussels, corn on cob and potatoes under a huge lighted tent. It was a happy ship.

Rocky Mountaineer
We LOVED it as well. The Rocky Mountaineer was simply amazing. The food was fabulous but most importantly the people who worked on the train were wonderful. Their service and knowledge were outstanding. The trip from Vancouver to Kamloops was not very scenic but the staff was so interesting and informative about the area we were in we hardly noticed. The next day however from Kamloops to Jasper was breathtaking. Jasper was a great town and a perfect setting to take day trips from. The Maligne lake boat ride was well worth it. I don’t think I need to tell you how amazing Lake Louise and the Fairmont was. Banff was great town and not nearly as crowded. The thing that surprised me the most was the Icefield Parkway. It is well known for its scenic drive but it was incredible.
Thank you for all you did to make it happen. The trip was absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic
Rocky mountaineer was fantastic. They wined and dine us and the food and drinks were great. Breakfast and lunch on the trains and drinks basically all day. Our hotels were fantastic. Not great scenery the first day but the second day was fantastic.
The Rocky Mountaineer people definitely have it down in terms of guest experience. The accommodations were fantastic. I think we told we didn’t want 5 star hotels but the Fairmont Chateau at lake Louise was a must. We sat out on our patio every night at dinner and looked at the lake.

The resort was beautiful. Weather was perfect. We opted to upgrade to the adults pool and beach area. I think it was over 100.00 per person.
Our rooms were great and yes we all got upgraded rooms thanks to you with pool view rooms.

You were right about the crowds. We took your advice and packed our patience.
Florence was crowded but we eventually got to see the highlights.
We loved Venice! This is the one place in Italy we might consider going back to and interested in the Amalfi coast and Sicily.
Switzerland was spectacular! Loved the Mount Pilatus excursion! We also enjoyed the folklore show.
We also enjoyed Paris. We did go to the Moulin Rouge and it was wonderful.
London was awesome and the location of the hotel was perfect.
The hotels in London and Switzerland were very nice.
Included meals were good and we loved our travel group.
Our tour guide was Liz and I can’t say enough nice things about her! Our driver was Ferdinand’s and he provided exceptional service .
We did enjoy traveling by Eurostar!
We saw so many incredible things and made lifetime memories!

Fantastic Trip to Italy and Sicily
Indeed it was a trip of a lifetime-fantastic. Rome was a highlight. Weather was unseasonably cold and some rain. We had the best tour guide and bus driver ever. I can’t say enough good things about Mario and Dario. We visited on the last day in Palermo a mansion and in their basement they had a workshop making their own jewelry. We had. A buffet luncheon upstairs out on their lanai. Very best part of the trip was when we spent time in Angelina hometown. I’m sure she told you all about it. The joy on her face and in her heart made the entire trip worthwhile.

Loved my trip to Italy. So happy I went. Was very exhausting to keep up the pace for me. Our tour guide Lino was so kind, considerate and so knowledgeable. Best tour guide ever. Really enjoyed Florence, Andrea. Her voice was so calming and again so knowledgeable. The views from our hotel in Sorrento was beautiful. Pompeii I found to be most interesting excursion. Best bus driver, smooth never felt in danger with Paulo. Very nice man.

We had a great time in Mexico, Unico was incredible and in many ways exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded the next level suite when we arrived thanks to you and it perfect. The food was top tier and probably one of the best parts of our stay. We didn’t book any excursions but we did a couples massage at the spa that was great all around.
The only downside was the beach covered in seaweed but heard that was an issue all over Riviera Maya and the Gulf of Mexico right now.

Great Holiday Vacation

Our trip was great. The weather was perfect. The flight was good especially considering the recent craziness with Southwest Airlines. None of the rest of the gang went on any excursion but we did and it was great. A bit of an adventure.
The rest of the time we stayed at the resort and it was perfect. Nice clean great food and drinks and Beautiful beach. The newly built water park was only a short walk from the hotel and the kids had a lot of fun there too.

Wonderful time in Italy

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Our favorite cities were Venice; Tuscany (San Gimignano) and Sorrento, When we were in Florence we did an extra day with our driver and he took us to a private wine tasting at a small winery in San Gimignano which was our favorite day out of all, the weather was the hottest in Rome and Florence reaching temps high 90s and the most crowded but we still enjoyed it, all in all the tours were great. Thanks for all you help!

Hi Tina. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Our trip was everything we had hoped for. It was wonderful. Viking does an excellent job! We were very pleased. Everything was top notch. I am so glad we upgraded our hotel in Prague as we were so close to the city center compared to the other hotel. We were delayed in getting out of Chicago and we missed the original connection in London to Budapest. But American Airlines was awesome and re book us before we even landed on another flight that day which was great but our luggage got delayed but only for a day. Other than that everything went well. We had a wonderful time and met many people on the trip. We have highly recommended Viking as a great choice for travel. The guides were great too. I can understand why you go on so many river cruises. Thanks again.

Hi Tina; We had a great time with perfect weather. All of our excursions tour guides were awesome, especially the Prague guides. No complaints. The Viking staff were always courteous and very helpful. Our favorite cities were Prague; Regensburg; Salzburg and Budapest. The afternoon going through Wachau Valley was beautiful and very relaxing. Oh my gosh
Oh my gosh Tina it was amazing!, the service was impeccable and it was so beautiful relaxing and fun. It was very laid back and they had the perfect number of activities if you wanted to do something at night or during the day. They had kayak racing and volleyball. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
I would go back in a heartbeat. The hardest part was setting up the babysitter and all the paperwork but well worth the amazing memories we made there.

WONDERFUL VACATION

We had a great time. The weather was perfect everyday. No rain except for one early morning shower before anyone was up. The resort was very nice. Well maintained and very clean. No real waits for dinner to speak of. The food was very good and the drinks were excellent. Yes we walked over to the Dreams property a couple of times and had dinner at Portifinos our last night. I went off the resort on Friday scuba diving near Captiva island and the water on that side was much cleaner. Sherry visited the spa while I was diving and said they did a very nice job. Our room was on the top floor with a partial ocean view overlooking the quiet pool. Thank you again for your assistance. It was a fun trip.

Family Vacation in Mexico

We had a great time. It was very active and Kim & I did some things that we probably weren’t planning on doing (zip line & jump off cliffs into cenotes, Sea Treks with Dolphins and Sea Rays, and a stroll through a cave with complete sensory deprivation in the pitch dark!). Xcaret was truly excellent. Absolutely gorgeous location, food was fantastic and service was outstanding. Grounds, beaches and pools were beautiful. We would highly recommend the resort to anyone. Our rooms was excellent also. It had a steam shower, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and even the bed was great. Our room had 2 personal butlers. One named Stephanie was fantastic..Your part was flawless as usual. You had us completely prepared in advance with the required documents. We had a wonderful time and were so glad to be able to spend a week with the boys and our soon to be daughter-in-law. I know they had fun also. OUR HONEYMOON
Hi Tina, The El Dorado Maroma was amazing! We enjoyed it so much and can't wait for our next vacation. The weather was great too! We booked a snorkeling excursion and went parasailing after it rained while we were snorkeling, but we were already wet so it wasn't a big deal. We truly had a great time!!

AMAZING HONEYMOON TRIP

We had an absolutely amazing time! Sandals Mo Bay was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The workers were so friendly and treated us like family. We met some other honeymooners and travelers that we believe will be life long friends! We did check out Sandals Royal Caribbean and their private island which was a great little getaway! We went there with 2 other couples and had a relaxing time! We also went to Dunn's River Falls and Mystic Mountain one day which was a blast! I only felt the need to do an excursion one day because the resort itself is just so beautiful! Thanks again for everything and sticking with us through all of the craziness due to the covid crisis. Hopefully we will travel again soon!!

GREAT TIMES IN THE CARIBBEAN

We had a great time in Punta Cana! Now it's just hard getting back to reality :(
The weather was good for the most part, had a shower here and there but overall we had plenty of sun and beach/pool time. The one day it rained, we went on a dune buggy excursion, so we were fine getting wet and dirty that day :). This was our first all-inclusive so we really enjoyed the Hideaway Royalton. It was a little different not having the entire resort as adults only, just the Hideaway section of the resort, but it wasn't a problem for us. The food and drinks were excellent throughout the resort. One dinner was better than the next! Kevin and I said we'd gladly go back to Punta Cana someday. It's a beautiful, relaxing place to get away for sure! Thanks for all of your help getting us there! Have a great day!

MOTHER & DAUGHTER TRIP

We had a great time! The adult section of the Now Onyx was fabulous. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The weather was nice and hot, but very windy. The beach was closed due to the strong winds, so we were at the pool every day. Not really a problem for us. The sun was out and the wind finally would die down. The service was outstanding. Anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Jean had a massage and really enjoyed that. I would recommend the trip for anyone. Thanks for finding us this trip. We loved it!

VIKING RHINE RIVER CRUISE

Loved everything about it and the weather was perfect for Fall. No favorite port of call but we really loved the day we stayed on the top deck and viewed the scenic middle Rhine. The service was excellent and I couldn't believe a Viking rep was at the airport to help us get our boarding passes! That being said, I will never plan another trip that takes us through the Amsterdam airport - one hour and 40 minutes from checking to gate, but that's not Vikings fault. I hope to do another one someday. Thanks for all your help with this trip!

AMAZING TRIP TO ITALY
Tina, our trip was AMAZING! I gave your email to several people we actually met in Italy (and to another in St. Louis-couple from Sunset Country Club. WE LOVED the cooking classes - both of them! We loved Roberto - our tour guide to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The hotels got better throughout the trip. Probably the least attention to personal service was in Siena (the 5 star one - go figure). But they were all great. We were not able to get tickets in Florence because of our trip to Cinque Terre - but I wouldn't trade that day for any naked statue - LOL! The winery tours and tasting were also wonderful. The two were different from one another -one big and in the family since 1700s and one small one person organic so it was neat to see them both. Every single meal we had was phenomenal and of course the wine - WOW! Thank you! Now I want to take all 4 kids to Sicily to meet Vince's family. They would just love it! Best regards!

AMAZING TRIP

The trip was amazing! Dominican is a beautiful country. The resort grounds were breathtaking. The staff at Secrets are committed to their customers. We had a butler named Jose who was very nice and always available if we needed something. The extra honeymoon perks were one of a kind! Sheryl was especially surprised with the champagne that was in our room when we arrived as well as the honeymoon ban was laced around our door. Towards the end of the trip, they surprised us again with champagne, chocolate strawberries and I Love U written on our bed made out of rose petals. Scape park was very cool. The nice thing was the fact there were many activities to do. Food was amazing but I definitely ate and drank too much. I gained 10 lbs when I was there! But, hey its a vacation, right! It was very nice working with you. We look forward to contacting you in the future when we are ready for our next trip!

Our trip was an absolute blast from the moment we landed in Punta Cana til the flight home! What an amazing resort and a well comforting staff. We did receive your gift and loved it! Everything couldn't have gone more perfect. Brittany and I are already hoping to plan another trip there again. We did do the Scape Park excursion, which is a lot of fun, swimming in the Cenote "Blue Hole" was my highlight. We also did the marinarium excursion which we got to swim with the sharks. We met the other couple you booked there at the same time we were there, Cheryl and Danny from St. Louis and instantly became good friends. Overall it couldn't have gone any better! TRIP OF A LIFE TIME!

Our trip was truly fantastic! That week at Hotel Xcaret was one of the best of my life! In fact, Desiree has already vowed that we "need" to go back with her family and mine next year and that it would even be a wonderful wedding location for us the following year. I am thrilled that her first trip outside of the United States, first long distance trip with just me and her first trip to Mexico were all such positive experiences for her. After scheduling our included excursions we went to the main Market restaurant which really is amazing! We also got to try out the Casa Fuego restaurant . We also went to enjoy the rooftop pool/bar and had it all to ourselves. It is calm and peaceful away from any kids and my parents would have loved it here. The last restaurant was called Las Cuevas, the caves. We got a table right looking out over the water of the river with romantic lit caves stretching out to the other side. Amazing! TRIP WAS GREAT!

Unico was great! The food was fantastic, the service superb and the grounds were beautiful! The worst part? Leaving!! I did the whale shark excursion. What an awesome experience! Although many even after taking dramamine got sick, I fortunately did not. Brett and Gabe were not so lucky. The pools were wonderful and the food and beverage service perfect. I would definitely recommend Unico for those looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy great food and service! Oh yeah, the weather was mostly sunning and warm with a nice ocean breeze. The evenings cooled down but generally hovered around 80 degrees!

GREAT TIMES IN Punta Cana
YES! We had a great time! The resort was beautiful and modern and the service was absolutely incredible. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were assigned our own personal staff member that sent us snacks and champagne to our room several times, unprompted. We went swimming in the pool around 1a.m. no one else was out at all and a staff member came by and asked if there was just the two of use and he came back with warm beach towels and two bottle waters for us! I would absolutely recommend Secrets Cap Cana for an adult getaway and I would love to take my mom there too. Thank you!

FABULOUS TIME IN ITALY

We had a fabulous time! Thank you! We were pleased with our accommodations. You placed us in some nice hotels! We loved sightseeing in Rome, tasting the gelato, seeing Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, Colosseum and Forum were amazing! The Holy steps were a powerful experience and of course the piazzas crazy traffic, quaint allies, pizzas, wine, etc. each part of the trip was exciting. I thought of you so much in Venice. It really is a unique city and yes, romantic. We enjoyed the gondola-a must do Venice experience. We even saw a funeral with a casket being transported in a boat. Don't see that in St. Louis! Our Backroads trip was fabulous! They too provided a top notch experience with excellent guides. The accommodations were wonderful and every meal was an event, in an awesome setting, rather it be a restaurant, winery or a picnic in the hills of Tuscany. The hikes also varied a lot which was fun. GREAT TRIP TO SEE THE ROMANTIC ROAD

Yes it was such a great time. It is hard not to write a book about our experiences. We went to several of the castles along the way and we also went to the Black Forest. We wound up buying a cuckoo clock from there. The night watchmen tour in Rothenburg was awesome! The tour guide/owner was very unique and funny. We ventured around each stop as much as possible. It was exhausting, but so much fun. W really loved Fussen and being able to see the Alps from our hotel. The architecture in Germany is so amazing! On Friday we met our friend Peter and stayed with his family in Lichtenau. It was so beautiful up there. We also walked around Buren and Paderborn on Saturday and had a blast. Italy was absolutely beautiful!! All the cities were absolutely beautiful in their own way! I think we agree that Venice was our most favorite city because of the beautiful San Marco square, Murano Island, and the uniqueness of having only boats as a means of transportation. All the excursions were great...we honestly can't pick one to say it was our favorite because all of them were perfect! We loved the Vatican tour seeing the Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter's Basilica brought tears to our eyes...the Amalfi Coast seeing the beautiful view from Positano was amazing! And to end the trip with a lovely gondola ride with everyone recording and taking pictures was priceless!

FAVORITE MEXICAN DESTINATION

Cabo was AMAZING!! We actually just stuck around the resort and we didn't go downtown at all but it was perfect! It poured the first day but nice the rest of it, the pools were great, service was great, and food was great. The only unfortunate thing was that the Hibachi place only had 3 tables so it was extremely difficult to get a reservation. We wee able to sit on the regular seated side and loved the food, but we were said it wasn't possible to experience the hibachi. Other than that, it was wonderful and couldn't have asked for a better time!

Wonderful family vacation

Our trip was fantastic! Had a great time! Breathless was very beautiful. The beach was very nice, got to enjoy it for a few days til the hurricane came, category 2 so they roped off the beach but nonetheless we enjoyed the pools, both the quiet and the loud. Met so many wonderful people. Went on a boat ride to the arch, did the pub crawl. My daughter Serena & Seema had a blast! The food was fantastic at the resort. We loved it that we did not have to reserve, can walk right on in and get waited on. Very friendly staff. We went to Kibbeh twice (the Mediterranean one) west to Spumante and also Fish Nets. All were excellent! We took a cab to a Mexican restaurant called Maria Jimenez. Authentic Mexican food. Also loved the fact that downtown Cabo was only about a 10 minute walk. Overall wonderful trip! Impressed with Breathless! Thanks again for arranging the rooms to be next to each other. That worked out well.

We had a wonderful time! The resort surprised us with champagne one evening and then another night decorated our room and bed with rose petals, candles, filled the jacuzzi tube, it was so nice! Thanks for the extra perks! The room was fantastic! We petted the dolphins and did the sunset cruise, which was terrific. We sent to the spa and did a couples massage and hydrotherapy, then went another day to do it all over again. It was so relaxing. Food was good,

We had a great time. The food was good. The service was great. Once again we got the preferred amenities. Lol! I didn't use the spa. We did the 7 Bay Tour that was nice. I did the turtle release. It was amazing!! I would highly recommend it. I got to see the mamas laying the eggs also. I went into town for shopping and it was very nice. The taxi driver stayed with me and took me to stores that had the things I wanted. He was a sweetie! Only downside was the layout of the resort was weird. You had to take elevators to the beach and for dinner but that is because Secrets is built on the cliff side where we spent hours watching the amazing views from our room. Can't wait for Secrets Cap Cana!!

We are back from vacationing in Cabo San Lucas and had an amazing time!! First time in Cabo and won't be the last time. Will have to say the waves did knock us down a few time on the beach but needless to say we did spend more time at the pools on this trip. Did enjoy our boat ride to the arch, few trips to downtown Cabo which was only a 10 minute walk from our resort. All inclusive is the only way to go. Lucked out with the weather too. I really enjoyed our resort. Spacious rooms and also had the many pools to swim in along with amazing views of the ocean and never a complaint about the food... everything was perfect! It was amazing! I am so glad we stayed in the Ocean Point. Everyone was wonderful and the customer service was the best I have ever had. The restaurants on the resort had great food, good choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner so there were a ton of options for all meals. We used the 24 hour room service a ton and it was always quick and correct. The two pools for the adults only were beautiful and the resort was so clean and well kept. Even the security hired by the resort were extremely helpful. I would give this resort and St. Maarten a 10 of 10! Thank you for all of your help.

Everything was so amazing on that ship! The food was amazing and there were so many options to choose from. Nick enjoyed the sushi place and the cafe was nice for lunch. We stayed away from the Windjammer because it was also so crowded. We really enjoyed the nightlife, always something to do. My favorite show was the water show, that was pretty amazing. We enjoyed to hang out at the Irish bar where we found our favorite bartender there and the live band was always good. All the stops we took were amazing, my favorite was our trip to Trunk Bay, that was AMAZING!! Nick's favorite was the Maho beach...surprise haha!! It was an amazing trip and thanks for all of your help again!

We had a wonderful time on the river cruise and we loved seeing all the different sights. Vienna and Budapest were particularly beautiful and interesting but it was also nice just to watch the countryside from our veranda as the ship sailed along. Viking had a nice little celebration for our anniversary which I know you arranged! The wait staff sang a song for us, and the chef made us a delicious mango-flavored cake for dessert. Everything went well, and all of the crew on the ship were very friendly and helpful.
Mike and I have been telling our friends what a great vacation we had, and if anyone I know wants more information, I'll send them to you. You not only did an excellent job of making arrangements, but also keeping us informed throughout the whole process.

We had a fantastic time in Punta Cana! We love the resort you recommended! We were upgraded to the V.I.P. section of the resort which had its own private pool and bar. Thanks for calling the resort for us. Amazing room and place. We enjoyed all the specialty restaurants without having to make dinner reservations plus my husband was able to wear shorts for dinner too! The buffet breakfasts were delicious-fresh mangos every morning and omelettes made the way you want them. All the shows were very good especially Michael Jackson show and the International show. Sunshine everyday except one day. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs. Never had to fight for a chair. We had a great time and the landscaping was beautiful and kept clean. Thanks again! My next trip I am interested in is Los Cabos!! Keep me posted!

The trip was great-weather perfect! We went snorkeling, camelback riding and took a paddle board out very briefly. The convenience of that marina right next door was great!
The food and service were excellent! Thanks so much again for recommending that place!! They also took a tour of the over the water bungalows-they actually gave me the chills!! We had a wonderful time. Eagle beach is the cleanest beach I've ever been to. No smoking at the resort and on the beach except for the designated areas. The resort was spotlessly clean. The staff was superb, I would highly recommend it. They had a bottle of champagne, 2 flutes for us to keep with the resort name on them and cheese and crackers. The food was good. We also had a fabulous dinner at a restaurant recommended by our concierge that was is comparable to Niche. We would like to go back. The weather was great. Thanks again!
